Allen is the best host imaginable. As the proprietor of this award winning Inn he make it a point to ensure his guests have an amazing experience! My wife and I recently stayed at the Bourbon Inn and didn’t want to leave. Every detail is very much in order. The breakfast was superb. This is hospitality done right. Allen and Chris could teach this course. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience look no further than the Bourbon Inn.

It was such an exciting stay. I loved the surrounding area and walk to the front door, yet nothing could’ve been more welcoming than the owner greeting us and the incredible beauty of the foyer that smelt heavenly. We were given a tour of the house and common areas, before being taken to our room. While the pictures on the website are truly lovely they pale in comparison to the actual experience. Our suite was exquisite — A king size bed that was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Every detail was so well thought out from the linens, to the robes, to the Godiva chocolates. From the moment we arrived, Allen and Jeffery poured their hearts into creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will cherish forever. Every detail felt intentional, personal, and filled with genuine care. Our wedding weekend was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Michael, the wedding coordinator and designer, whose creativity and vision brought our dreams beautifully to life. The Bourbon Inn is amazing. Such a beautiful well maintained mansion. We stayed in the carriage house with 2 other couples and it made a great weekend get away. The breakfasts were delicious! Christopher and Allen were so attentive to our needs and had great suggestions for activities around Louisville. Allen is a great host. He made us feel so welcomed and warmed all our hearts! We will definitely come back to the Bourbon Inn!

My husband and I have stayed at quite a few bed-and-breakfasts over the years, and Louisville Bourbon Inn is by far the best. The service was truly exceptional. Allen was an incredible host, and Chris was just as delightful. We were in the middle of a stressful move and Allen went out of his way to ensure our stay was peaceful, seamless, and completely worry-free. That level of thoughtfulness made all the difference. Thank you for the extended hospitality and for being so genuinely gracious. We will absolutely be back and truly cannot wait to enjoy more of Allen’s amazing breakfasts.
