Seventh & Pine | Old Town Vacation Home

We had a fantastic experience staying at Seventh and Pine in Georgetown, Texas. The house was in very good condition, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. All the amenities were fully available and ready for use—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries—making our stay super convenient and comfortable. The directions were clear, and the checkout procedures were well communicated and easy to follow. The host was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we had questions, which really made a difference. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be coming back for another visit in the future. Highly recommend!

This trip was an adult weekend getaway, and the four of us could not have been more satisfied. Mr. James was a fantastic communicator from start to finish. Mr. Wade definitely, undersold how welcoming and comfortable the house is. The published guide on the house profile, and the physical Georgetown guidebook was extremely helpful, and even had a personal touch of family history of the house. The rental space being Mr. Wade's childhood home added to the wonderful experience. Georgetown is a quaint town with diversity and charm. We experienced a care free/party agenda, but we booked a family friendly trip for November before we even checked out. This house is so charming. I love the quaint feel. We booked last minute and James was so amenable. We would recommend Seventh and Pine and even though we stayed only one night, we loved our time there. There is a squeak in the floor that brought me right back to Sundays at my grandparents.

This vacation home was just perfect. It's a charming escape in the middle of historic georgetown. The attention to detail that this host put into the decorations and the ambiance with second to none. And it just feels like a cozy home. We highly recommend 7th and pine. We will be back.

We had an absolutely amazing honeymoon at 7th & Pine! This was my Uncle Tommy's house that was fixed up into the cutest air bnb ever! It was awesome to see how he updated it while keeping its old house charm!
