Sergio's Pizza Bristol

To me lately food sucks ! it used to be so good hot and fresh .we ordered large pie last night it looked over cooked and it wasn't hot or fresh we ordered 20 wings we only got 13, and the wings were over cooked as well favor was off also. To me personally their food has been going down hill for a while. Sorry to say I wont be ordering here anymore and it suckscause we used to really enjoy their pizza .

I’ve had to think about how to do up this review and to what I would score it, not just based on them but to not base it off other places, but it’s tough to compete with other places and still stand/grade on its own. Firstly..I heard about it because someone posted on a Bristol Talks page about them catering a party and how great the food was and the portions they got. I’m sure it was…maybe it wasn’t the same cook..maybe it was and Sundays are different..I really don’t know. This was my first time here. Parking - Located on Stafford Avenue, depending on the direction you’re driving, you have to pass the sign and go in the next driveway. Ordered a few times and more than once they have told me that they forgot to write my order down and never made the food. After calling, the owner refused to make it right all he did was tell me "I make so many pizzas that whenever people ask me how much the pizza is I know they are not serious so I don't even write the order down." Then proceed to swear at me. Worst customer service I have ever had. Incredibly unprofessional.

My boyfriend loves the pizza here so I got myself an italian sub… introducing the worlds saddest italian sub, I feel scammed.

I picked up a medium pepperoni pizza from Sergios and it was amazing. Tasted so fresh. The crust was light, but still had that satisfying crunch sound to it. They updated their menu too! Loads of options to choose from. The service is always good. They are so friendly there. Highly recommend!
