My family and I had a lovely experience at our first visit here! The restaurant was busy and clean. Our waiter Ethan was AWESOME, polite, professional, made us feel so welcome!!! He was the absolute best and explained everything to us, he was always with a big smile and a very respectful young man! What a gem he is, and an asset to this restaurant, thank you so much Ethan for making our experience unforgettable and a lot of fun!!!! They’re so lucky to have him! The food was fresh, the restaurant was a bit noisy but it was a fun atmosphere. With that being said it was overly priced.

we love it here. we got the silver ayce & it is perfection. its sooooo good, we literally can't stop thinking about it. the quality is everything! this is my go to spot everytime we visit cary every few years & i always tell myself i wanna visit sooner just for this eatery. the food is so good. many great options without too much going on; for us, it makes the experience better & easier to enjoy. the service is insane! everyone is so nice & great at what they do. the service deserve everything & more! no place i've been tops this. it's so good every time & somehow still manages to exceed expectations from the last. Lunch was good, nothing really special, flavorful enough, priced ok for lunch $19/meal/person, small-medium portion (no left overs). Squid dish with noodles and rib soup Not much flavor other than the spicy 🌶️. No kids menu. Beef ribs are chewy. I will not come back.

They have three tiers of service that is all you can eat. They bring the items to the table and then you cook it on the grill at your table and the servers guide you through that process. This was our first time going we’ve done the hot pot and melting pot before, but this was our first time at Seoul Grill. We really enjoyed not only the experience, but the Food, the atmosphere. The dipping sauces added a level to the experience. There isn’t a bar per se, however, they have tons of Korean drinks to choose from if you want anything from the alcoholic side of the menu. Went here for a quick lunch and the service was amazing as soon as you walk through the doors. Every staff member was so attentive and friendly, everyone greeted us as we got seated by the cute robot. Our server Ethan was the GOAT. He was so nice and attentive would've given him all my money in my wallet as a tip, I cant glaze Ethan enough. Bathrooms were also so nice and clean. Food was great as well, quality was exquisite. Even food items that weren’t bbq was amazing. Still dreaming about the food and Ethan as we write this.
