This is the best smoker I have ever had I bought the backyard rotisserie smoker and I tell you what it holds temps amazingly and you don’t even need a lot of wood or charcoal to reach 250 it’s almost like 10or 15 min to reach temps and it holds it tremendously well just dial in you temperature and go have a cold beer for hours and the welds and cuts on this smoker is top notch I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional built smoker 5 stars my friend
