SEBASTIAN PINTXOS BAR

This is a very cool place! Its crazy we had not tried it before but definitely will again. It's atmosphere is cool, an extensive delicious menu and the tapas are yummy. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend swinging in (especially if you come during happy hour!)

It wasn’t worth the $25 entry fee after we simply walked in, went downstairs, & sat ourselves at a table that just so happen to be available. It was advertised as a “dance party”, but it was in a tiny hole in the wall hookak/bar area. It had thee tiniest “dance floor” that barely accommodated a handful of folks line dancing without stopping to avoid a collision. I had to ask if we were in the right space & we even went back upstairs to double check. This might be better as a walk in taco Tuesday or happy hour vibe, but leave the themed events to other establishments. The waitress & crowd was cool, but otherwise this experience was just “ok.” If you insist, at least decorate the area & have an on theme menu. Great atmosphere! I love coming here! My favorite place is 818 Speakeasy. All the bartenders are extremely nice and remember me and my friends orders! Great hookah as well. Ask Tierdrop or Jaelyn for a recommendation if you need it! You'll have a great time at 818!

This place has got the decor down to an absolute Tee. However the buck stops there. The worst Empanada I ever had hands down and that includes Kroger bought. The pastry was chewy and the filling was akin to dogfood....when I think beef empanada I'm expecting a beef of some sort barbacoa, maybe... idk... but not a mush that resembles and Tastes Like refried beans the potatoes were and unpleasant surprise and an awful paired filler with the mush. The pork belly was sliced thin and looked like it would be amazing. It was very bland the slithers or garnish were unrecognizable in taste but appear to be fries but maybe are suppose to be fatty pieces who knows That was not a plus at all. I had such an amazing experience at this tapas spot! My friend found a spot that was a good in-between for us, so we went to Sebastian Pintxos Bar. Every dish was super flavorful and perfectly portioned for sharing. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and exactly what you want, but the highlight of the afternoon was our server, Tanit. She was genuinely fantastic: Attentive without being overbearing, super knowledgeable about the menu, and so kind. I would highly recommend this place - you can see how incredible it would be for a night out! We went during lunch and they had happy hour going on, so an extra win for us! (:
