Seattle Restaurant Store

I came in here for the first time looking for a new cooking pan. When I walked in 4 or 5 older white males were at the front counter or nearby. Not one of them greeted me with a hello. I am a person of Asian descent. The look they gave me when I entered was akin to entering a place where I did not belong. I let it slide and went to look for pans. I was in there for about 15 minutes and not one person came up to see if I needed any help. I left the store with no new pan. Even if I found the pan, I would not buy from this place! I can't remember a time that I have been to a business where no one says hello or let me know if you need any help when you walk into their store. I thought it might have been a one off, but after reading some of the low reviews (by people of color), I def

I've been out of state for a few years and I couldn't wait to get back to this store to restock my personal kitchen supplies. Since I've shopped here in the past, I knew I'd get the customer service and my items as before. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you

I purchased from them again yesterday. These folks help in any way they can. Our new commercial fridge was installed the next day and the installers were efficient, polite, and easy to work with.

Such a fun store and truly open to ALL! I'm just a home cook but loved to learn about all of the high quality commercial products they carry as well picked up so many fun and long lasting items for my own kitchen at such good prices. Super organized, clean and airy, and staff were super nice, efficient, and knowledgable. I hang out in grocery stores to see pretty labels and for inspiration and this store has brought a new joy to my life. Thank you!
