A true Pawleys Island gem! The Sea View Inn perfectly captures the laid-back charm and peaceful beauty of the island. The ocean views are incredible, and you can’t beat waking up to the sound of the waves. The Team is super friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. Everything is simple, clean, and comfortable — just the way a classic beach getaway should be. The breakfast and lunch is off the chains delicious with the Sea View Inns long time staff. The porch rocking chairs are the perfect spot to relax and stare at the Atlantic Ocean. If you’re looking for a relaxing, old-school beach escape with real Southern hospitality, this is the place. Both Campbell and Kip make sure your stay is perfect! Loved every minute of our visit. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you!

Comfortable but rustic inn on the seafront in unspoiled Pawley’s Island. The managers and staff are nice as can be, and the generous breakfasts and lunches (that’s dinners, here in the South) are homemade and varied, using local ingredients. They don’t serve an evening meal, but you an make a snack of the charcuterie offered at 5:30 every day. Good restaurants are nearby, one theoretically within walking distance. You reach the Inn up a steep set of stairs in the front, and the beach down a steep stairway in the back. This would be difficult if you have mobility issues, impossible for a wheelchair. However somebody will cheerfully haul your luggage up and down.||A thoroughly pleasant place.

Perfect place for relaxing. Easy access to beach and marsh sides of the island. Has a covered creek dock that is perfect for watching sunsets.

This is, hands down, one of the most fantastic, unique and fulfilling vacation spots I have ever had. The staff is fantastic and as warm and friendly and can be. From the rooms to the meals …you feel that you are part of a group. I’ve never stated a place where you get to know the other guests in such a casual and laid-back way. We will be coming back over and over again. This was without question one of our favorite trips we’ve ever had.

It’s an old beach house. Comfy nooks for reading, a porch with rocking chairs padded with the nicest cushions and the view is therapeutic. The rooms are clean and rustic. Fans and the breeze keep it cool. They have some air conditioned rooms, as well. The room we chose has a sink and water closet. Shower down the hall. The highlight, the show stealer, is the food and the servers that bring it. Welcome to authentic southern cuisine. I love this place. It’s one of my favorite places to decompress, get in touch with inner peace, eat well, sleep soundly, and enjoy southern hospitality.
