Sea Side Galley

We were heading to Harkers Island to drive around and look at Christmas lights and decided to stop for supper. The meals were great, plenty of seafood, and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. There was plenty of food in the basket option. The platter size had a little more food. You can't leave here hungry. We'll be back.

The fried chicken dinner plate was delicious! The breading was light and crispy and chicken perfectly done. The hush puppies are incredible. Friend had the double cheeseburger which he also enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend you enjoy a meal here if you're in the area.

Love this little dinner! The seafood is fresh and local. The scallops, oysters, and shrimp are delicious. Save room for the lemon pie!

This was our 2nd time eating here....The flounder fish plate with FF and home made "special" tartar sauce is fantastic. (The owners grandmother's receipe.) Hush puppies & fries done just right are great and so is the deserts! Out waitress had a boot on her healing leg but was very good. Seating is only six tables but drive up window is constantly busy. Prices for food is fantastic and everything is fresh. If you are anyplace near here, (We drove from Cedar Island about an hour away.) You have to find this hidden gem on Harkers Island. (Hint: It is full of local people not tourists like us!) Places like this are far and few between and very hard to find.

This place is so neat and clean. It's definitely not your ordinary gas station type restaurant. It's a real sit and eat restaurant. We've eaten here 4 times and haven't been disappointed yet. Their breakfast is good and the prices are really good. Their hamburgers are amazing and they have the best clam strips I've ever eaten. You have to try the onion rings. The staff is very friendly and you always get your food in a timely manner. Just tried their pizza for the first time and it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. We will eat here for at least one meal every time we come down here. Absolutely amazing food and great service.
