We just love Scratch Dough! Every loaf is handcrafted with healthy and wholesome ingredients, and the taste is simply amazing. The texture is perfect....a beautiful chewy crust and soft inside. We love the variety, from traditional sourdough, to their 'Crippler' made with local green chiles and cheddar cheese. Even their scones and cinnamon rolls are amazing. Can't wait to try their pizza blanks next! Josh and Stephanie take great pride in every single loaf, and we are so grateful that we found them!!

This little mom-and-pop bread company is an absolute gem. You can taste the care and love that goes into every loaf. The OG Crippler is hands-down one of my favorites—stuffed with fire-roasted green chili, it’s so flavorful that you honestly don’t need anything else. We literally ate just the bread for dinner last night cause the bread was so fresh that we couldn't wait for the dinner to cook 😄 Their ancient grain sourdough is another standout—beautifully textured, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Everything feels thoughtfully crafted, not mass-produced. If you love real, homemade bread made by real people, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend supporting them!

So glad we came across this baking business right in our backyard. I am a sourdough connoisseur and theirs is amazing! They have a great selection on their menu and and enjoyed their breads so much that I bought several to take with me to family out of state! Give them a try, you'll enjoy every bite!

I came here on a whim since I needed a loaf of bread and saw that this place was nearby, and while the owners informed me that people generally put in orders ahead of time, I was lucky enough to get a loaf that they had left over! I'm usually fairly neutral about rye breads, but this one was definitely the best rye loaf I have had. Great flavor and texture! Both owners were lovely too.

This bread is sincerely the best around. Sourdough is tricky and Scratch has found a way to make it soft and crunchy without being too dense or sour. The Crippler has some yummy smokey flavor from the green chiles. Mixed with some cheddar and…chef’s kiss!
