Zymos Brewing

Visited from out of town on a whim and the reviews were right! Amazing beers, great vibes, great people. Was able to meet and converse with Alex - one of the owners - and she exudes passion for good beer and good community. To top it all off, the beers were amazing. I sampled over half of the menu and every one of them was delicious. I’ll absolutely make it a point to come back here.

Found this place and immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and locals. The beers are exceptional!!! So stoked on the Pickle Blonde - one of the best I've ever had!! Hubby had the Colorado Outback and is still raving about it. Warm vibes, all love ❤️ 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 ❤️

I can’t begin to appreciate this brewery enough! They are so inviting and welcoming into their wonderful space! We hosted my partner’s 40th birthday here and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, the selection of taste beverages! We were able to bring in our own food which we orders pizza from Walters a few doors down. So grateful for their hospitality and support to give my partner the birthday she truly deserved! We will absolutely be back!

Update one year later: They have made even more beers, including a delicious sour beer that I will be back for soon. Great neighborhood hang out spot. My wife and I were getting dinner at Walter’s and noticed this place so we stopped in. The place was busy but we were helped right away and still found a place to sit. I what they’ve done with the place, it looks good (outdoor seating too). Good beer selection for opening just recently. I would like to see a sour beer at some point. 🙏
