Came to get my blended matcha with protein a $9+ drink usually go to a different location but stopped at this location today I will not be back bc what the heck not even filled all the way up and then it’s crunchy stil with ice and I was already running late so don’t have time to go have them remake very disappointed.
Everything was great been there many times great service ,food and drinks. You can count on consistently good drinks and food .
Gave me a cold brew that looks like peach tea because it was so diluted. When I asked for a refund they said “we don’t do refunds”. They said i cool reach out to manager and when I asked for that persons info they said “we don’t have it”. So I just drove off…. They still owe me $6 and some change… the girls working there seem nice yet untrained , but whoever is running this establishment or training them needs to get a clue.
Service was excellent. The drinks were quick and tasty. I even got a treat this trip and it was super sweet and delicious. Thanks ❤️✌️
Employee was super nice I didn't know the menu but she was patient. Just not a fan of the coffee.
