Scooter's Coffee

Stopped here for the first time after having a bad experience at another local business. The sweet guy at the window forgot to ring up my burrito, but gave it to me anyway since he had already made it. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but it was such a kind gesture and made my day just a little better. I didn’t have cash for a tip, but I definitely appreciated him! Coffee and burrito were lovely.

The staff will bring you back. That's what makes or breaks a business. The coffee was great. The cookie sandwiches were decadent. And my peanut butter smoothie was on point.

The latte was weak and what I could taste of the espresso was flat and maybe a bit stale. Mostly hot milk with some brewed coffee flavor. Definitely not a strong espresso base with fresh roasted flavor. But very fast, cheerful service!

There are zero sizes listed on the menu. I ordered a hot latte for $4. I was charged nearly $7 at the window and handed a huge drink. I told them that the price said $4 and was told, “well you didn’t specify a size so we automatically gave you a large.” I informed them there were zero sizes listed and was told, “yeah, we don’t have those listed so when someone doesn’t say a size then we just do a large.” I told them this is not what I ordered and needed them to ring things up correctly and give me back the proper change, however they refused to do it and said, “have a nice day!” I’m honestly shocked at the audacity and poor customer service. I will not return…

Undecided as to what to order the Drive thru window attendant was so patient and helpful explaining choices...We received a wonderful cup of coffee just as we ordered. Grateful for your location in this small town.
