This has been some of the best Mexican food i have had from a truck in quite some time! The potato chips were so flavorful and each bite was delightful. The beef fajita tacos were AMAZING! Each one with a little fresh lime squeezed on top was amazing. They were so easily accommodating to my dietary restrictions and the woman taking my order was extremely friendly and kind! She knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable ordering. I will absolutely be back in the future!! Make sure to grab their fantastic hibiscus refreshing water!!
