Scooter's Coffee

Went on Saturday February 28th 10:00am young boy and women working that shift were great! Very friendly and fast sounded like they liked being there. Hard to find that these days in any type of customer service.

I usually have a decent experience at scooters. The workers are talkative and friendly, the food and coffee is great! My complaint is that Madison at the window has been very rude. At first I thought maybe she’s having a bad day and let it go. But now it’s every single time I go. Mind you, I go to scooters 3-5 times a week. Or I was until recently I started going to other ones in town more often. She is Very short and snippy with her words and has a negative rude attitude when all I’m trying to do is get my drink and enjoy it. I also overheard Madison very loudly bad talking her coworker making fun of her for not being able to handle a rush and going outside to cry. Then laughing about it hysterically. This is so unprofessional and made me uncomfortable at the window. I generally love scoo

Thanks for opening scooters here in sidney. Both my wife and I rely on your service and products to keep us going. I think your doing great. Bravo keep it up sidney needed you to raise the bar on quality and speedy service. Love your food items and the tasty deliciousness the offer. We some times start and end our day with you, as we scoot on around.

Best latte I've ever had! Got the order and temp perfect on the first go for my fussy self. Friendly pleasant folks. We're so lucky to have Scooter's in Sidney!!

I really appreciate a coffee shop you listens! This place is a rare gem. I love a craft coffee and tend to stay away from drive thrus. I took the chance and enjoyed my latte very much!
