Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Same looking store, friendly employees, garbage service. I came and got a 4 piece flamethrower chicken strip meal and I got the smallest chicken strips ever, a handful of old fries, and my friend and me didn't get at least 3 of the sauces we asked for, but we still paid for it, of course. And to top it all off, we never got asked about a receipt (and of course, I forgot to ask for one)and we didn't receive one in the bag. For my first time having DQ in quite some time, I have to say, I am thoroughly disappointed in the service here. Things like this are the reason that most of the restaurants here are next to worthless, and it's the reason so many restaurants go out of business here.

I love this place every one is always so friendly you can obviously tell they try to work as a team the food is wonderful and the place is always clean

Great service! We passed by here on our way to South Dakota from Saskatchewan, Canada. Fresh delicious foods were served to us and to the family who traveled with us. Thanks to the lady (about mid to late 40s years old - sorry I should have asked your name) gave her 101% amazing customer service. Thank you DQ Sidney, Montana.

The two lady's there today were super sweet and had amazing customer service we got our food super fast too and it was great!

We stopped in on our way to visit family after 8 hours - hungry and tired. From start to finish our visit was great! We walked in, the facility was clean and inviting. Cindy and Brayden were attentive, personable, and fabulous! They went above and beyond. The food was great and hit the spot. If you’re traveling through or live in the area, stop in. It’s a great place! I would give 6 stars for service if I could.
