Scooter's Coffee

One day I ordered an Americano with cream, but when I got to my office, my coffee had no cream in it. The second time, I ordered a hot coconut-flavored latte and they gave me one with mint flavor. I rejected it, and when they replaced it, my coffee was completely cold and bad flavor bad bad bad 👎.

Got a peanut butter power while in town visiting my mom. Just as good here as I have come to expect. 10/10 will stop again next time I’m visiting.

I just went today and unfortunately returned to not have any syrups I paid for in my drinks. No sugar free vanilla in my matcha and no raspberry syrup in my black tea for my mother. This has come to be a frequent issue at this location and it's frustrating not getting the syrups that I asked an paid for.

This Scooters is the absolute worst. Come to town about 5-6 times a year as I have a student attending the college. I am always left saying I won’t go back. Well after today I definitely will not be back. At 10:55A today Open sign was still on, Myself and 4-5 other cars are sitting in the drive thru waiting to order. Not 1 but 2 employees come out take trash yo the dumpster walk back in the store. A minute later 1 blonde employee comes out gets in her car and leaves. Editing from my review 6 months ago: Since my previous review, the quality has gone down drastically. I’ve consistently ordered the same drink for the last 4 years, as of recent this location has been seriously hit or miss-heavy on the miss. 5 times now (in the last 2 months which is all I’ve gone at this point) I’ve gotten my usual drink-there hasn’t been any sauce or syrup, or once no milk. I always tip $7-$12 and keep receiving drinks I’m just throwing away because I don’t want to bother going back through and chancing another horrible drink. The only time my drink has been made properly is when I specifically ask for Bradi to make it. I understand training new people and there will be mistakes but this location has completely fallen apart. I got a drink today (12/30/23) that had ZERO s
