Pasta Barn

Wonderful restaurant, great aesthetic and pleasing atmosphere. I will come here again, the staff members were very friendly and warm! Food was on time and tasted delicious and authentic; truly this is the hidden gem of Seward!

We love the atmosphere at Pasta Barn. We were seated, ordered and went straight to the salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and flavorful! We ordered the Penna alla Vodka which was perfect! We also ordered the Cheeseburger Mac. Both entrees were served in a cast iron skillet for extra flavor and great presentation! The breadsticks were very fresh and tasty! We like the convenience of the Coke machine and refills! The service is always pleasant and welcoming! We honestly can’t say enough good things about the Pasta Barn. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back soon!

The service was excellent! They were so friendly and the atmosphere was very good. The food tasted great and the salad bar with the pasta was a nice addition.

We almost didn't come here because of the reviews. I'm so glad we came! First, we came for a late lunch, arriving around 130pm. They close at 2pm and reopen for dinner at 5pm. That's always risky, but here, the service was unrushed and fantastic. Second, we ordered the lunch special. The salad bar was CLEAN (the whole place was clean, including the bathroom), and there were plenty of fresh options. The pasta was al dente and the sauces were delicious. I had the beef stroganoff. The sauce was the perfect stroganoff consistency. My husband had the pesto sauce. There was no skimping on the basil and garlic here! I'll get it the next time we are in Seward. Stopped here as we were passing through on a Saturday. They seated us right away. Hostess/waitress was very kind, and took us through the menu before taking our order. The place itself was cozy and appropriately decorated for a small town Italian joint. The restaurant and the bathrooms were super clean. Highly recommend this little restaurant. We will stop again if in town!
