The owner is a highly professional and helpful Christian entrepreneur. His staff is friendly, polite, and accommodating; couldn't ask for a better team. This establishment stands out as a rare find in today's customer service landscape... keep up the excellent work.

I dont normal leave reviews. But this is frustrating. The whole time I waited for my drink the employees were just gossiping to each other. And then they gave me my drink and its loaded with cinnamon on the top. And looks awful.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location in the last few months but it has increasingly gone downhill, and very fast. There are children running this establishment, in addition to that poor poor trained staff due to lack of management. I used to come here 3-4 times a week with little to no problems, now to almost an issue on the daily. The building looks run down, the staff makes you wait anywhere from 2-3 minutes before taking your order, and sometimes a 5-6 minute wait at the window. Drinks are NEVER consistent, sometimes my drink is full, sometimes it’s missing flavor, and sometimes it really is great, I won’t keep trying to see what I get. I don’t know what changed recently but all I can say is after addressing this issue with employees at the window, they claim there is new man

Our drinks were perfect. The service is always exceptional! They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and always ask how are day is going or what we're out doing.

Staff was rude, short with me, and seemed agitated they even had a customer in the drive thru. We ordered a hot chocolate and an Oreo blender. We were traveling thru Sedalia. Within 20 minutes of starting to drink our drinks and noticing the weird tastes and us getting allergic reactions. We figured out they gave us the sugar free versions and we are VERY ALLERGIC to artificial sweeteners. 🙃 Location clearly doesn't care about customers and likes to be spiteful.
