Joy Hibachi Japanese Grill and Sushi Restaurant

The whole experience was really fun! We called in like 30 minutes before and got seated right away. They greeted us with smiles and a big welcome. We got seated and they took our drink orders. Which the soda was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and not too dull. I got the steak hibachi was amazing!! I got medium and it was cooked to perfection. The hibachi show was really fun. The guy threw eggs for us to catch. Made a onion volcano of fire. That was super fun. My son enjoyed it. The rice was tender as great flavor of salt and pepper. I recommend the shrimp. They gave us complementary shrimp, which ended up being really good. Definitely a great time to be with friends and family.

Wow! Food was fantastic! Started with the avocado salad and husband had the avocado salad wirh tuna and topped with seaweed salad. Both incredible. Also had tempura veggies and sweet sour chicken which was great. Service was fast, professional and superb. Prices were very reasonable too. I rate this 5 wows out of 5 wows!

Good sushi spot, I recommend. Some stuff tasted a little too sweet for me but my wife liked it having some sweet taste. Very good customer service and they were very patient with us. Overall I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Sedalia.

I order all the time from DD, I’ve picked up once. I haven’t eaten in, yet. This place is amazing compared to the other Asian restaurants in Sedalia. This is the only place that doesn’t give me food poisoning upon eating it, and it’s DELICIOUS!!! The staff is so sweet. Their smiles brighten your day. They exceed the portions for the price as well. I honestly wish more people would eat here because it’s definitely slept on. 10/10.

This was a first time experience at a hibachi Grill.. They had AMAZING service! AMAZING food, and GREAT GRILLMANSHIP! The chef behind the grill did a phenomenal job! I will definitely be bringing my friends and family here!! Oh and not to mention the bartender knows how to make drinks, the food had excellent taste, everything here was DELICIOUS WITH EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE!!
