Scooter's Coffee

My oatmilk is always chunky. Over the summer I got my first cold brew there. I got it with oatmilk. I went back and they said that’s just how their oatmilk is sometimes and that it’s normal. I’ve been using oatmilk for years and this has ever been an issue at home or at other chain and local coffee shops. They did remake it with almond milk, which was less chunky, so that was nice. I tried again with oatmilk a few weeks later and it happened again. So I just gave up on going there. Then I got a gift card for Christmas. I thought, maybe there’s a new staff and they started taking better care of their products and stopped using curdled oatmilk. I decided to do a nitro cold brew with oatmilk and honey. It was amazing! No chunks. It was creamy and flavorful and honestly, the best cold brews Iv

The employees are always so sweet when I go there and so nice 🙂 👍 I did get the wrong item but I just let them know and they gave me credit for the right item which I very much appreciate! Excellent customer service 👍 thank you 😊

Very good coffee, a bit pricey and staff can sometimes seem pretty dismissive like they maybe are too busy to really give much attention to customers but it is a drive thru only so kind of understandable
