Definitely not your average pizza shop! They stand out for their creative pizza of the months and its always a big deal when the new flavor (they do rotate in customer favorites too) is announced on their Facebook page. My top 3 pizzas of the month were: the bbq pulled pork mac and cheese, the Philly cheesesteak, and the loaded potato Their appetizers, especially the garlic nuggets, cauliflower, and onion rings, are fantastic. In the 10+ times I have been here over the years I ALWAYS get garlic nuggets with my order. Just a very solid pizza restaurant that isn't afraid of trying new ideas! They can get very busy, but thats only a sign of a good local business! 2/6/26- the month of the month for February was birria pizza and it was amazing!

It has the potential to be a great business! It has a nice location on the North end of town close to the Railroad station. It was short staffed for how busy they happened to be at the time we arrived there. However, the staff was polite, courteous, friendly and rearranged to meet our large groups needs. The food tasted good and I would make a return visit to try something else off the menu. With such a large group, our food came out at staggered times, the appetizers came with the meal and were slightly undercooked and they forgot some ingredients on one of our orders. Other than that, despite being overly busy the staff made sure to check on us regularly. I think that with a few more staff members on busy nights and a larger space to accommodate more customers that this place could do so

My first time eating here. It's a local pizza/pasta joint divided into 2 spaces. There's a family friendly dining room and then there's a room with seating and a bar for adults. We sat in the bar room. We ordered a small spaghetti that came with a loaf of bread. Also we got a medium size all veggie pizza and an order of fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The spaghetti was nothing special, and the sauce tasted canned. The pizza was pretty good. It had quite a bit of toppings and cheese but was lacking a little bit in sauce and flavor but was fresh and hot. The fried mushrooms were probably my fave item I ordered here. The server wasn't overly attentive but our food did come out quite fast. I don't think there are a lot of Italian options to choose from in Princeton but this would liklely be y

Paisanos is one of our favorite pizza stops. Delicious thin crust pizza. Garlic nuggets and sauce are so good. The chicken tenders are some of the best in the Illinois Valley.

Crab ragoon pizza. Do I have your attention? I ordered the crab ragoon pizza as soon as I saw it on the menu and it was so amazing. Nice and creamy and great crab taste. The place was super busy, full dining room and pick ups coming and going constantly, but our waitress was on top of things. Wish I caught her name so her bosses know shes doing a great job. Also ordered the blueberry dessert pizza, its so good!!! If you are traveling to Starved Rock, plan to drive about 15 minutes West to this fantastic pizzeria.
