Worst experience of my life I hope the store owner Ted read this on how Manager Tessa runs her store. I ordered a medium cold brew asked to please serve with very light half and half. Unfortunately it wasn’t to my sister in law liking we turned backed into the drive thru and I asked if I can please have a little bit of cold brew on the side to balance the drink out or remake my drink which ever is easiest for the barista. Barista stated no remakes are allowed we made the drink correctly to our standards. I then proceeded to the window to get a further explanation on this. Ashley the barista said per our policy we cannot remake your drink or give you a refund our inventory is low but you can pay full price for another drink. (which one is it your inventory is low or your just lazy to remak

This is a usual go to spot for me and My wife, today (11/28) she visited the Palestine location, she asked for a cold brew with a very light splash of cream and when she received the drink they had poured extra cream on the cold brew and she politely asked for it to be remade but the barista that refused to give her name ( bigger white younger lady with rainbow colored hair) started to laugh at my wife’s face and refused to remake the drink because she said “ it was made to her own standard” which makes no sense because she wasn’t the one paying for the drink or drinking it and the laughing was uncalled for and very unprofessional. In my opinion she needs to get retrained on her customer service skills or just find another job that doesn’t require her to work with customers.

Scooter's in Palestine is my favorite location; every visit is a guaranteed mood booster! Tessa and her baristas are the best team around; their excellent customer service and positive vibes are a sunny spot in my day! My drink of choice for the mornings is a peanut power with extra peanut butter, mocha drizzle, and whip; they see me coming and make it to perfection every.single.time!

This location is one of the nicer scooters around here with even nicer employees, they always try their hardest even with entitled customers coming through being extremely disrespectful because they couldn't get a free replacement on top of the original drink they ordered and didn't like, and when they don't get their way when they asked (demanded) for a full refund, they yell at the manager on the phone and call the employees a "little kid" and then proceed to have their family come on here and call them "big" the entitlement and victimization is insane, don't be a baby when you don't get your way and don't treat the workers badly over a mistake when they're making drinks and food for you, especially when you're the problem. Highly recommend going to scooters, absolutely will be back.

The coffee is just right. I enjoy the Mocha Frap size medium, which is a good size. Not too sweet. Just right for my taste and decently priced. Friendly service. Not too crazy about the muffins. Overall, one of my fav places i. Palestine for coffee.
