Do not go after 3 pm. The service and drink accuracy goes way down. I have talked with the manager regarding this many times.

Whenever I go we always have a good experience, but whoever was taking my order was absolutely rude today. They acted like they didnt want to be there and was acting like they were getting annoyed of me. Which is really sad because I love going but your costumer service sucked today.

I didn’t catch her name, but several times now the sweetest lady working in the window has remembered that my toddler really likes the oatmeal cookie off the top of my oatmeal, cream pie coffee and ever since she has made sure he gets a little cookie in a cup when we come to the window and it absolutely makes our day

Best coffee place in town. Today was pup cup bandana day! Shout out to the Ottumwa crew for being so rad!

Great alternative to McDonald's drive through coffee. Friendly staff & speedy service! Definitely gives Starbucks a run for their 💰 Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!! P.s. Our dog Skittles always gets excited every time we pull up lol Shes your biggest fan of your pup cups!
