Oak Meadow Delight Bed & Breakfast

We were lucky to be able to stay at this B&B! Marvin and Tracy were very kind to us as visitors from abroad. We were welcomed with beautifully arranged rooms, delicious breakfast, and a lovely garden, making our visit to Ottumwa a special memory. The amenities were also excellent, making it hard to choose a drink each time. The shampoo and body soap were of high quality, making our showers very pleasant. If possible, I would love to learn the secrets of their interior coordination, as everything about the space is wonderful. Also, it offers a level of hospitality that you can't experience at luxury hotels. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Ottumwa.

Another phenomenal stay at OMD in the books! Tracy and Marvin are exceptional hosts. Each room is elegantly appointed and loaded with amenities. The breakfasts are gourmet level. The landscaping is loaded with flowering trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers. The koi pond and little waterfall are idyllic—peaceful and relaxing.

Absolutely in love with this place!! They certainly go above and beyond for your stay! Extremely accommodating and make you feel like you’re cozy at home. We will definitely be coming back soon :)

Stayed one night for a conference in town. Was immediately welcomed and spoiled. Clean, quiet, delicious breakfast made just for me. Will return again!
