Scooter's Coffee

I like going here, never really have any issues. Fast and friendly service. However, if your customers are paying almost $10 for a drink, the drink should be filled way more than this. Also, there was no vanilla creme added to the vanilla cold brew. Your drinks are already expensive and if you don't give people what they paid for then that's a bit ridiculous.

Last week i came and i had gotten a caramel licious drink with extra caramel and a maple waffle. My maple waffle completely fell apart before i could even eat it as well had a peice of hair in my drink. As well the service was as rude as can be. A lady was very disrespectful with the tone she had used towards me . Very unprofessional. Would NEVER go to this scooters again.

Went here for an iced mocha coffee. The coffee was great, and the team members were quick and friendly in the drive thru! Would definitely recommend! Also, love the stickers! Super cute design! ❤️

There are many scooters available to me in this area, and this is typically my scooters of choice. Prior to this evening, I have had NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL service and interactions with the staff at this location. However the woman who served me at the window this evening was extremely rude in the single interaction we had at the window. I do feel it is important that I provide some key information: -I did place a mobile order at 7:45, and arrived at the location/speaker at 7:51. -I have and still do work in the customer service industry for 5 years, and I do understand that it can be extremely frustrating when people come right before close. HOWEVER, I never direct or make these frustrations known to the customer (we are still open after all) - There was another car behind me, so I was no

They're always so friendly and the drinks are always delicious! Sugar free turtle is my go to.
