Domino's Pizza

I dont usually do these reviews but felt compelled to share our experience. This was my first time ordering since they've been in business, the reviews are what deterred me. We finally gave it a try, pizza was cooked well (not burnt!) Was hot when I picked it up, the three employees inside greeted us and were friendly enough. Based on our experience we'll order again in the future. Hopefully out next experience is as great as our first. Be kind folks!

Check your order every time. They're notoriously bad about getting the order wrong. I've had to go through the pick up window multiple times to make sure we get the right stuff and aren't missing anything. This most recent trip they forgot to put the garlic seasoning on the hand tossed crust. It was just bare and not great. Unfortunately didn't notice until I got home.

Girl with the fake lashes is so rude. Eye rolling, huffing and puffing, and makes you feel bad just for ordering a pizza. This happens every time I go. She also brags about being a manger so you can’t even do anything about it. If she’s the face of this store, then I can’t support it anymore. I drive longer to the store in edwardsville now just because of that lady.

Store said they would deliver us a new pizza, delivery driver showed up and said if we cant give him this pizza he can’t give us a new one. We already threw it away. Bad pizza and worse customer service UPDATE: called the store again, they said they take the pizza back in to the store to “see what is wrong with it”. This is a major health hazard per federal health codes as your bringing god knows what into the store from multiple places. Do not eat here

They took my order over an hour ago and when I called to cancel my order, I was told that I would not get a refund and could only have store credit so I blew up on them. Suddenly the manager on staff is on the phone and I can now get my refund. Do NOT order from this place unless you want unnecessarily long wait times and Callous behavior from people who will try to steal your money if you let them under the guise of giving you store credit. If my money isn't back in my account in the next couple of days I will be reporting them for theft with local police as the manager is on recording saying I would be getting my money back.
