I had an amazing experience at Scooter’s Drive-Thru Coffee in Leavenworth, Kansas about 10 minutes ago! The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate, going above and beyond, making me and my buddy Clifford feel extremely grateful for stopping by. Their warm hospitality and superior customer service really stood out. It’s very clear they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Alyssa P, Alyssa W, and Olivia K, who made our visit so memorable. I have yet to utilize the app because every time I try to use it it seems there are many menu options missing. However, if it was more insync with their menu board outside then it would be useful. You get points every time you order (just let them scan your phone app) and you then can use the points to get free drinks/food. You sometimes get coupons for free treats on the app, like on your birthday! You can also choose to already have your card linked through the app and essentially just use your phone to pay. Depending on the day... The lines move very fast! The employees are very efficient and don't get distracted. And your food comes out pretty quickly too! Other days: there will be 2 cars in front of you and the wait time is oddly long. And then the cashiers don't keep very good track

Was my first time coming here today. Great experience. I'm not going to lie. I was a little iffy because of how small it was but it is literally perfect. Great drinks. Definitely compare it to Starbucks because today I got two large coffees with an extra espresso and they were the frappes that I would normally get at Starbucks but it only came out to $15 which is about how much one of my drinks would have cost at Starbucks. Definitely recommend this place and I am dropping Starbucks after going here and this is going to be my new coffee place.

Adorable little drive through coffee house. The food was quite good with a variety of breakfast sandwiches, coffees, hot chocolate, smoothies, and cold drinks. Service was fine. Was able to get my hot chocolate with oat milk so that was a plus.

Unfortunately, despite the friendly disposition of the employees the overall delivery process is broken. Order online and still wait 15-20min in line to get the coffee. The line is long, vehicles are waiting out into the street impeding traffic flow causing a safety issue. The management needs to identity a solution as this was a horrible experience.
