Scooter's Coffee

This place rocks! The employees are always fast and friendly. After you order they ask you to “scoot on around”. I love that part. They always suggest other great items for sale and on this day there was a problem in the building so the employers came to the parking lot to give out free food and drinks. Impressive! I know turnover is high in places like this but Taya does amazing and Kristy is nice. Go get a drink, you won’t be sorry.

This was honestly the worst Scooter’s Coffee experience I’ve ever had. The coffee was poorly made, lacked flavor, and tasted nothing like it should. It was either burnt or watered down—definitely not worth the price. Service was rushed and unhelpful, and the overall experience felt careless. When you’re paying for coffee, you expect at least consistency, and this location completely missed the mark. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.

The Scooter's Barista's are always friendly and my order always arrives quickly. When they make a mistake, they make it right and with a smile. No matter what Scooter's location I visit, they consistently excel. The company started in Nebraska and I like supporting a smaller Midwest chain. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Past few months every time I decide to give them another try my order is never right and so slow. I give up! All the new people there have not been a good addition. So sad, I've been a customer since day one and love the coffee but too expensive to not be able to even drink it.

The prickly pear energy infusion is amazing and so is the autumn caramel crunch!! Ordering on the app is a breeze. The staff were so nice, especially the lady at the window! Such nice workers! Can’t wait for my next trip!
