We grab food to go here whenever we're in town. The rotisserie chicken is delicious!!! Home made tortilla on-site are incredible. They build your plate and you select your ingredients and sauces. Their breakfast burritos are huge and tasty. The dessert are fresh and yummy. Highly recommended the chicken and carnitas. Friendly staff and clean facility.

Stopped in at The Rooster for supper and it really hit the spot. Chips and salsa came out fresh, and my tacos were hot, full of flavor, and not greasy. Service was friendly and quick, and the place felt clean and relaxed. I would gladly come back here next time I am in the mood for Mexican

This is a little gem in Fort Morgan a little past the main section of downtown. The tortillas were made fresh in front of us. Light, soft and warm! Got the big meal: 3 mains and 2 sides. Carne Asada. Rojo Pork and Rotisserie Chicken. Pork was our favorite. You can add spice to your liking. The sides were white rice and black beans. The staff is amazingly friendly with quick service. Oh - and lunch for two costs $17 with extra tortillas. Wow! Love this place!

The Rooster is an awesome place with great food and even better service! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. We always leave happy and full—highly recommend stopping in!

The staff was amazing and the food was delicious! Barbacoa is very nice, as is the red chile pork. We will be back!
