Scooter's Coffee

Had a horrible experience this morning. I was handed a few drinks in a carrying tray so I didn’t notice right away or I would have asked for a remake, but my hot latte was ice cold! I don’t mean lukewarm as it was within a few minutes that I noticed - I mean they used cold milk. I guess someone forgot to steam it. For 7 dollar coffee I expect some attention to detail.

The woman at the window, I think her name was Michelle was very nice to me when I pulled up. She was asking about my day and having small talk which I appreciated. I was actually not having a good day but this interaction with her turned it into a great day. She is just so sweet. I got a smoothie and it tasted so good that I will be going back more often. This location is my favorite 😍

I quit going to scooters for quite a while because they don't get my order right. It's simple I usually say I want coffee with cream and sugar. Lots of cream. But they don't put lots of cream. So lately I've been saying lots and lots of cream please. I'm not kidding I think they put less cream then when I would just say lots of cream.

FOREST SHE IS AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️ my son was there to celebrate because he loves smoothies in the Oreo bites. I have a lot of dietary restrictions with coffee and I really don’t know how to order for made me an iced coffee of my dreams. Our food was amazing and she did it with a big smile on her face and great energy I will definitely be back again because of her

I went through the drive thru, Thursday morning (yellow Bug Busters truck) The young, blonde lady working the drive thru window was super friendly and is a great employee. I wanted to leave a tip, but wasn’t carrying cash and felt bad. I wanted to at least say everyone working this morning makes Scooters a great destination.
