Clearly I asked for a large Matcha. Was given a matcha with only less than half Matcha and mostly foam. When I asked her why it was mostly foam and requested a large meaning I should receive a large of matcha not foam. She stated corporate has them doing something differently instead of taking my cup and making it right. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Posted a photo to show my frustration and proof .
Using the app is easy & you can modify your drink, make it sugar free, low fat, options of almond or oat milk & earn free stuff by using the app! Great tasting coffee drinks, prepared quickly, reasonably priced & all with a friendly smile!
Excellent service! Got the Carmelicous Pumpkin iced coffee, Holiday Spice Caramelicious latte, Peppermint Mocha and waffle breakfast sandwich. Very happy with my experience!
Drive thru Apple did not work for 1st time discount or 2nd time. Works fine for regular charge. Very friendly. Great bleanded
"Cold brew, light ice" ..... no way. It was lighter than most tea... (For context, iit's a rainy day, and not very bright out)
