Order and pay online just goto the speaker said mobile order under your name and its done really fast service. I always order the ice caramelicious recommended just dont try it with almond milk does not taste good. Also the same coffee but like slushy really good. The cookies are really good the biscuits not really but its ok. Strawberry shake really good lots of flavor.

All scooter employees i have encountered are very polite and professional. They are fast and always serve delicious food and coffee.

Speaker doesn’t work, says go to window. Sat at the window for 3-4 minutes and no one came. Started honking. 20 seconds later a girl stands up from UNDER the window and asks me what I want. Give my order, she brings it and tells me have a good day and never asks me to pay for it. Heard a short time after that the manager had recently quit. Bring the manager back!!!!

I was so excited to have this chain come here as I regularly would drive to Harlingen to get them over Starbucks, even when this location got small things like the milk choice wrong it was fine because I would just drive back and get it fixed (lactose intolerance) and baristas are human and can make mistakes. However today not only was my drink completely wrong, the workers also tipped themselves and for one drink my total was about 11 bucks. It’s one thing for mistakes to happen but it is crazy work to tip yourself while making them. If you guys want to protect your wallet and time, go to the Harlingen location or stick to Starbucks at this point.
