FLY THE FLAG COFFEE

I don't get to enjoy my coffee because I just want to chug it all...hot or cold, I have probably tried most of their menu from matcha, to their hibiscus tonic espresso, but you can't go wrong with their cappuccinos which is my personal favorite (if you want a stronger coffee taste but if not do their lattes) I have not been disappointed you can taste the richness of the roast or syrups they make from scratch. The atmosphere is like a musuem but not boring at all, the decor they have going on is definitely one of a kind! Surely you'll enjoy the vibes apart from their product that is just a plus! We definitely needed a space like this in Brownsville.

I went here with a few good friends and had a was able to have a great conversation before they went on with their day. This place is very nicely furnished with some unique style, and great if you want some intimacy and quietness. The staff is very nice, and knowledgeable about their drinks!

This coffee shop has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The drinks are amazing—everything from their classic coffees to their specialty drinks is full of flavor and made with care. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to study, relax, or catch up with friends. The staff is always friendly and has great recommendations, and their customer service truly stands out—they make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. I also love the events they host; the music is always great and creates a fun, lively vibe, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and connect with the community. Overall, this is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again.

This is one of my best finds of 2025. I came to Fly the Flag on their soft opening and was greeted by a very friendly girl barrista. There was a DJ mixing music in the back and asked the lady barrista to recommend a coffee and she suggested the Villian Vanilla. The coffee was really good, so good that I've been thinking about it constantly ever since and I've been nagging my wife to come back to it all the time. I was finally able to come back and again I asked a different male barrista to recommend a coffee similar to the Villian Vanilla and again the flavor knocked it out of the park. The Flavor is called Vanilla Joy. Those were the best two Vanilla flavored iced coffees I've had anywhere. I look forward to coming back again and checking out the rest of their coffee flavors. Over

This coffee shop is super welcoming, whether it’s your first time or you come in every day. The coffee here is different in the best way. It has a unique taste that I haven’t found at other places, rich & smooth. I went with friends and all four of us tried different speciality drinks and we enjoyed them all. You can tell they really care about what they serve. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great coffee and friendly people, this is the place to go!
