Phenomenal service!!! The cashier was so kind and optimistic. We chatted a minute. I ordered an Iced Galaxy, love the strength!

Asked for light ice and my cup was 3/4 filled with ice and this picture is after some of the ice melted already. For the price of the drinks I don’t want all ice.

Last two times I’ve ordered here, I have asked for no whipped cream. Guess who keeps getting whipped cream? Ding ding! Me!!😍Please learn to read orders and make them properly. It really kills my mood having to beg for my order to be made properly.

We went there because our job partnered with them to offer peco employees 50% discounts all week. We were told to inform them we work at peco before giving our order. Which we did and still didn't receive the discount. When we asked why we didnt receive it, we was told we was supposed to tell them when we ordered, I told her we did and then she continued to say oh well I'm not the one who took your order so I cant help you.

So happy to have this new coffee shop in Batesville! The lady at the window was so nice! I got the Pumpkin Spice latte frozen, it was delicious! I have to say better than Starbucks!
