Scoops Swainsboro

The new Scoops is really cute, it was pretty busy, and there were several great people behind the counter to help us. I tried an ice cream flavor that I'd never had before, Caramel cheesecake. Really delicious. Definitely good service and can't wait to go back!

The place clean, inviting, love the ambience, you got table and chair to dine in, many options for ice cream or candy, gourmet chocolate and candy bar. The caramel cheesecake ice cream amazing!

This was our first time going in here and we absolutely fell in love with this place! Super friendly service.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit which was also my first time . We asked if the store was open and were told that it was, so we went inside, looked over the menu, and began deciding on our order. Only a couple of minutes later, the staff informed us that they were actually closed. This was frustrating and felt unprofessional, as clear communication from the beginning would have avoided the situation entirely. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would be hesitant to return.

It's a very fun place to hangout and chill. Tables are always clean, and the workers are really nice.
