Scoops Old Fashioned Ice Cream Store

The ice cream was delicious and there were so many unique flavors to choose from. However, I couldn't get over the low prices! A double scoop for only $4.50? That is insane. Any other place with this quality of ice cream would charge closer to $4.50 for a single scoop. They were also very generous with the size of the scoops. Go get some ice cream here--you will not be sorry!

I’ve been to this ice cream shop multiple times, and it never disappoints! The dark chocolate truffle and raspberry flavor is one of my favorites. I also tried the cappuccino flavor as something new which was a really nice as well. But what really made my visit stand out this time was the amazing customer service. Eden was so kind, friendly, and patient. she genuinely made the experience even sweeter while helping us decide which flavor to pick. It’s always nice to see someone who loves what they do and makes customers feel welcome. Can’t wait to come back again!

I took my kids and a few of their friends there just yesterday, and it was such a great experience. The two guys working that afternoon provided absolutely amazing service. Quinn especially stood out — he did a fantastic job making our visiting friend feel welcome and truly showed the kind, fast, and friendly service that Scoops is known for. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. We’ll definitely be back!

Scoops is one of my favorite things about downtown Winter Garden. The ice cream is amazing. Such a great family friendly atmosphere. The owners are some of the kindest people I know. And their banana split is literally the best you can get!

My family has loved Scoop’s for years and years. It’s so great to see these new owners continuing the legacy of Michael. They’re stepping it up daily with little things, like their logos on the cups, pencils, and undoubtedly strategically placed fans for those in line! Looking forward to seeing how high you’ll raise the bar in our little town!
