My senior class and I went to Scoops right after opening with a group of about 10. We were immediately given premier service by Mrs. Zina. She was kind and took her time, being patient with each one of us. The environment is very kid friendly. The seating consisted if both indoor and outdoor seating, the seats outside having umbrellas. The store was big enough to fit all 10+ of us with room to spare but also provided a cozy vibe. I ordered the Ferrer Roche milkshake which had a nutty flavor topped with a wafer ice cream sandwich, Pirouline, and a Ferrero Roche. The whipped cream, which I dont usually like, was actually quite enjoyable! Sadly, I dont have a high surgar tolerance- so after eating the sandwich I offered the rest to my teacher who DEVOURED it. Honestly a very pleasant and un
A cute unique ice cream place - my first time making a trip here. I was quite impressed with the variety of selections such as numerous ice cream flavors, milk shakes - most known for! Ice cream sandwiches along with Sundae Boats! I ask if the waffle cones were home made, and they weren’t, so I stuck with a cup and got two flavors, Cookies & Cream and “C” is for cookie. “C” cookie is blue with cookie dough and Oreo chunks - very good! Customer service was great, as the owner helped us server our ice cream flavors! Would definitely make a trip back and try some more yummy flavors - appreciate the owner and the atmosphere of Scoops! Definitely make a stop by and get yourself a yummy treat - the menu is endless of goodies! Check them out on instagram @scoopsfl561
I’ve been coming to this Mom and Pop ice cream establishment since they opened their doors and blessed us with one of the best ice cream places in SoFlo. Located conveniently near Turnpike and in the Canyon Town Center next to the Panera, there is an ample amount of parking space, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Owned by Zina and Abed, one of them are always at the shop to greet you with a warm welcome. In addition to ice cream, they also serve milkshakes, floats, sundaes, custom ice cream cakes, and smoothies. The establishment is top notch when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. They have a cute little designated area where you can take social media pics. Everything at this establishment is halal, including the marshmallows and gummies. They also have a wide variety of candies,
Scoops Ice Cream in Boynton Beach is such a gem! It’s a super cute and aesthetic ice cream parlor with a warm, family-owned feel. Beyond their indulgent ice cream creations, they also offer homemade baked goods and even their own hand-crafted chocolates. I tried a medium ice cream along with one of their homemade Dubai chocolate bars. The ice cream was rich and indulgent, but perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. The chocolate bar had an amazing texture, with just the right ratio of filling to chocolate, and the flavor was spot-on. They also serve over-the-top milkshakes and other fun concoctions, so there’s definitely something for everyone with a sweet tooth. Between the quality of the treats, the friendly atmosphere, and the family-run charm, Scoops is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll de
The ice cream was great but the customer service was subpar. We ordered the banana split and got a lollipop for my son with the sticker price of $1.50. Per the menu the banana split stated it would be $12.95. When cashing out our total was $18 and some change. When we questioned the cashier, Abed, he stated he was unable to give us the receipt. I went back in and questioned why our total was more than the expected $15 we were going to spend. He stated their was an up charge for a substitute of the scoops of ice cream which wasn't stated to us when we asked to substitute a scoop and the suckler price in the lollipop wasn't what we were charged for it. The lollipop came out to being $3 and some change and there was no correct signage of the actual price for it. The ambiance was nice and the
