I received nothing but rave reviews from everyone at our party. The food tasted amazing and I'm so grateful to the Chef for reaching out personally to inform me on how to keep the food warm and how to serve it. Even after warming for an hour plus, it still tasted fresh. The drop off was very efficient and the gentleman that dropped it was very professional and reexplained all of the warming instructions again. He also ensured that I received everything that I ordered. Overall, I would highly recommend Chef Winston and Catering CC to anyone who asks. Thank you!

The food was absolutely amazing. As a bride from the Caribbean, it was very important to me that my culture was represented correctly—and you did that and more! From the peas and rice tasting just like home, to the macaroni that I could tell was made authentically, every bite was full of flavor. Usually, they say brides don’t eat at their own receptions… not me, baby! The food was too good to pass up. The chicken was juicy, the rice had that flava, and the macaroni—rich, perfectly seasoned, and full of herbs—was everything! Thank you for being such a special part of our wedding day. The meal you prepared was truly a highlight, and I will never forget it.

Catering CC did exactly as we dreamed! From the very first phone call to Chef Winston, he was kind, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He and his staff came on time and made the cocktail hour magical, thanks to his amazing skills. The charcuterie board was a work of art, and the small bites served up by his staff were Michelin star. I have to add also that both Chef Winston and each and every one of his staff were so personable, gracious, and giving. They gave us confidence and gave all who gathered a good time. Special thanks to his assistant Cherise, who was prompt, kind and reassuring throughout the process, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love Catering CC. Chef Winston and team were amazing at our daughter's baby shower! We did a BBQ style lunch with burgers, sausages, jerk chicken, pasta salad, potato salad, and this yummy pineapple coleslaw slaw. The food was delicious. The set up was lovely since the put everything out in small batches so there were no ugly metal trays just pretty stations! They helped our guests get their food and made sure everything was stocked and then cleared all plates and made the kitchen look like they were never there. Truly professional team and absolutely delightful to talk to!

I rarely do reviews, but i'm compelled. We hosted ~40 people for a superbowl party, and the Chef and his team just did a truly perfect job in the entire process. From initial engagement, review / tweaking of menu items, attending to Gluten concerns, all the way thru professional delivery and set up of all the chafing dishes. It was perfect. Thank you! We will be absolutely seeing you again.
