The food is great. However I have an issue with the delivery fee, when i order online if it’s under 60.00 it’s 1.75, I’m okay with that. I have an issue when Schwan’s text me tells me they’re in the area and wanted to know if they could stop by? I say yes because I wanted my crab cakes, I wanted 2 bags but they only had 1 bag, fine whatever. Never tell me I’m being charged a 3.99 delivery fee for one overpriced bag of crab cakes because had I known i was being charged 3.99 for a 25.00 bag with 4 crab cakes, I would have said no. Sometimes I feel like they tell me they only have 1 so they can charge me more in delivery fees. Next time I’ll order on the app , pay the 1.75 and make sure to set up delivery for a day I know they won’t be in my area.

Tell your delivery drivers to be mindful not to block someone's driveway when they deliver in a housing development. When I returned home from an errand, my driveway was partially blocked by truck number 517481 with a WV license plate. Location: 22 Ferrarri Court, Martinsburg. My address is 16 Ferrarri Court. I barely had enough room to get in my driveway. Wednesday, 2/28 Time: 10:30am

We recently ordered from here. Love the ice cream but for the prices it's just not worth it imo
