Schlotzsky's

Me and my coworkers just ordered lunch. I’ve always had a great experience with this Schlotzsky’s, but I don’t know who would look at this pizza and say this is appropriate to serve to customers, someone on staff clearly does not care. I’m appalled, lost my appetite, and now wasted money.

This place has a great lunch deal. I got the “Choose Two” deal for about $10. I got the Turkey Bacon Club with Tomato Soup and it was great. That’s a deal that’s hard to beat - especially with it being a good portion. I don’t know what kind of bread the sandwich was, but it was amazing. The sandwich was very fresh and hot, as well as the tomato soup. I’ll for sure be ordering from here again.

What happened? There were what appear to be clothing fibers on my flat bread. Cinnabon was not fresh. It was cold and stale and barely had any frosting. I used to love getting warm, delicious Cinnabons from here. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Disappointed and probably will not try again.

Hello the number on the receipt is disconnected!! I found the correct number then no one answers. Just letting you know on our order the fruit cup and a bag of chips was missing. Why can’t your guys check orders off the receipt.?? Your food is very good. Just too bad customer service isn’t the best.

I placed an online order!From the Watauga location off Rufe snow. Said my order would arrive around 11:15am. It never came. Yet it shows complete. Yet on my bank statement it shows another location charged me for the order! I want my money back! Called the Watauga location no one ever answered the phone. The other location acted like they didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about! I want my money back!
