Say Cheese Bosque Farms

Upbeat, cheesy eatery in Bosque Farms. Fast, friendly service and tempting menu. My partner and I both got The NM Heatwave, one with ham and one with turkey, and shared them. Nice, fresh sourdough bread with a good hit of medium green chile, finished with cheddar cheese. Perfect nally, I would have preferred a bit more cheese, but it was an enjoyable meal, topped off with a side of housemade tomato soup!

This little place has the best grilled cheese i have ever eaten. I didnt get photos of my boyfriends as he devoured it in seconds. The Mac and cheese was impeccable. I am excited to go back and try the soups. The atmosphere was perfect and quaint and all the employees were super friendly and nice! I even got to meet the owner and she is a delight! This is must eat and see restaurant!

The decor is cute and inviting. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I like the small menu. The Mac and cheese could have been more stove hot but we liked it. Will eat here again.

This place exceeded expectations! Adorable on the inside and out. The bread was perfection - crispy and buttery. Not a huge menu which is a plus because it's not overwhelming. We tried the Oink & Cheese and the Mama Mia Melt. Both 10/10!! My favorite was the Oink&Cheese - that bacon jam tied the whole sandwich together in perfect harmony of sweet and savory. The Mac and Cheese side was quite creamy and flavorful but it wasn't very hot when it came out. Still delicious! The cheesecake bites are fun and a nice sweet treat to balance the salty from the sandwiches. There are a lot of bites in one order though! A generous serving and maybe could use some more fine tuning on the flavor, but they are creamy. Definitely recommend this little spot to anyone and hope they keep getting better and bet

Great delicious food. and amazing helpful and friendly staff!! I went in my two year old alone and the young man behind the counter came around and brought a high chair immediately and unprompted. What great service. The woman behind the counter was friendly and so kind. My son and I got the oink and cheese with the side Mac and cheese. It was plenty for the two of us and so delicious!!
