Blake's Lotaburger

Only did a drive thru order for fries and soda, but it was a five star experience. Ray, the guy who took my order and was working at the window, was so pleasant and professional. How nice to hear a friendly voice with a good attitude before I even saw his face! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The fries were hot and fresh, and the soda was just as I ordered. Five stars!

Charlene is incredibly incompetent to work register! Every time I order she always gives us problems! 0 customer service skills! She can’t even do basic math! I told her I was paying half with card and half with cash! She told me to figure out what was going on the card and what was being paid with cash! The last time I went I had requested chili on the side since I would be sharing with my toddler. She told me why can’t I just give my toddler Chili’s and to suck it up! Horrible employee

Had stopped going to Lota Burger because of order/food orders. However, this branch was great & the guy that took my order was perfect. I'm severely allergic to Mustard & other Lota Burger always put mustard when I tell them NO mustard.

One of if not the best New Mexico style burgers you can get. Small yet amazing food. Highly recommended to everyone.

This place was great. The staff was friendly, quick, and my breakfast burrito did not disappoint. Thank you guys!
