Savvy Sliders

I usually don't post negative reviews but I had to with this one! I got the 2 sliders fries and drink with cheese curd for $21. For $21 I was thinking it was going to be delicious. Was I wrong. The fries were covered in salt. Like a ridiculous amount. The cheese curds were squishy with grease. The orange Fanta was disgusting and the SMALL sliders with the baby chicken nugget on it that was ALL BREADING! I was so mad! Only thing that was good was the lady at the drive thru window. She was kind and had a smile!

Staff was great! Service was quick. I ordered an Oreo shake. It was $7.14. It was good but not $7.14 good. It’s a small McFlurry basically but a huge price. You can definitely get a combo for the price of a small shake there. I suggest shake prices should come down some or they should have a large option and make that the large price.

Horrible customer service at store #708 in Chalmette. My sliders were ice cold, I brought them to the counter to see if they could microwave them because I really wanted them. The cashier asked the manager and he said he can give me a refund because there was no microwave. I didn’t want a refund so the other cashier offered to do a remake, I was fine with that, but then he came back with my cash saying his manager told him to give me a refund. I asked why couldn’t I just get the remake? He says the manager said because they were super busy (they definitely were NOT super busy.) But my logic was, I could have went and re-ordered the same thing and they would’ve had to make it, right? So I should have just been able to get a remake right? The food was fresh, made to order, and delicious. Service was excellent. Restaurant was very clean and organized. Manager, Mark, and staff were friendly and helpful. A must try!

It’s just a nice vibe between the building and the staff. Food is hot and fresh and also amazing. I would recommend savvy sliders many times more. It’s just the place to enjoy.
