I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store in Chalmette Louisiana. I was unsure of the method to get the refund on my packages and the young lady named Emily was so very helpful. I have been to this UPS store several times and each time the service has been outstanding

The store has some great employees. I had an issue with my package to be delivered on time I paid for two day shipping on it in it would be delivered 3 days late in the store employee’s and even the owner try to help me try to solve the situation with UPS. It was not anything to do with the store UPS delaying my package claim because my package was scanned in after 7pm too late to be put on the plane that day. Causing my package to arrive 3days late cause a delay in travel plans over this situation. The store owner and employee were really great the whole time.
