Saucy's Pizza

This pizza is fine. However, if you are the kind of person who might occassionally like to save yourself a few bucks on a tip by ordering online (not through a person), get into your own car and drive yourself to the place, walk into that place and stand at a counter to receive your food--you may reasonably expect your pizza to be vindictively cut into a thousand tiny slices like mine was the last time I ordered from here. Not cool.

We have had pizzas, sandwiches, salads and wings from Saucy’s and everything has been delicious. Online ordering and Delivery are convenient and we always feel welcome when we go in person or use the delivery service. And best of all one of us is gluten sensitive and has never had a cross contamination episode. And has more than one menu option. Yippie!

I come here every so often and I have never had an experience quite like this one. I ordered my food and everything was chill. When I got my order, I asked for “utensils” and the person working the register asked if I was talking about “forks”. I just said ‘yes’ and got 3 forks for my calzone. I’m 25, am I old for asking for utensils? I can understand that. What I’m not sure about, is the fact that I found wood in my calzone. It was like my second bite in and there were two pieces of wood in there. Maybe I’m a bad Saucy’s customer? Idk but the food was pretty solid. Still gonna eat the calzone, I ain’t even gonna lie to ya. It tasted alright for their quality and they were busy so I wasn’t tryna wait for a new one. Overall, I’m not sure what this experience was, but it made me chuckle a li

I love this local pizza place. They are known for supporting those in need and even provided pies to the fire fighters working tirelessly to contain Colorado Fires. This pizza place has they most unique and flavorful sauce and they do not skimp on the quality of their toppings. The crust is just right and when it all comes together it is a mouth watering, hunger crushing combination of flavors and satisfaction!

I ordered a Greek salad when my salad arrived it was the house salad. The waitress was extremely rude and told me that was not what I ordered. The others guests at the table heard me order the Greek salad. She reluctantly and angrily said she would replace it. At this point, not wanting to cause her to be more rude, I said ‘no, thank you’. When my spaghetti arrived, the sauce was extremely hot and tasted like Tabasco sauce. My husband’s spaghetti sauce was very sweet and mild. Hmmm. We have been to Saucy’s several times prior and The food has always been good. Needless to say, we will not eat there anytime soon. Hopefully, the rude waitress will move on and we can have a pleasant meal there again.
