I purchased a car from a different state and went here not knowing what to do etc. I was greeted nicely by the employee but it seemingly went south after that. I explained the situation and asked if I could get a plate and registration. All I had was a temp tag. She acted like I should already know everything about the auto licensing industry and was very condescending. I explained I believed that the dealer had already paid the taxes and fees and showed her the paper work I had. She then said "Again, you will have to come back with the title when you get it". I explained again, there will be no title as its financed. She then said "Ive been doing this 7 years, Ive never seen a dealer pay the vehicle taxes and the registration". Her tone was very arrgoant and I was a complete moron.

Cindy B working at the front was a genuine pleasure and helped me and my family so much! She stayed nearly 40 minutes overtime just to help us out. She did all of this with a smile and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

Cindy and Tammy are both Wonderful!! We were there today to renew our truck registration, we wanted to apply for the Retired Persons Application under income. Cindy & Tammy were do kind and helpful...did Everything we needed and told us how to renew again next year!! They are Truly Wonderful!! Thank You Both Sooo Much!!! A++++++

The ladies at Sarvey Notary Service were so knowledgeable and helpful while assisting me with my registration issue. It was definitely a frustrating and lengthy process, but they stayed patient, professional, and fantastic the entire time. I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything!
