Scotty's Donuts

I've traveled many places and to me Scotty's are the best donuts I've ever had. They are better than Dunkin, Crispy Cream, and any other donut shop I've tried in other states. They have a light airy texture, flavor to them . The variety and taste are amazing.

Donuts the way they are supposed to be made. Fresh and many flavors to choose from. Apple spice and Boston creme were really good! Friendly service and clean place. A true bakers dozen!

I wanted to get a dozen doughnuts. I went inside and after the person in front of me paid, I told the woman behind the counter which doughnuts I wanted and she put them in the box as I spoke. I was a bit surprised at the price (higher than I thought it would be), but I hadn't been there in a couple of years. And of course the price has gone up on just about EVERYTHING. The doughnuts were fresh and delicious and everyone really enjoyed them, and that's what really matters.

For whatever reason my children love Scotty's donuts and whenever we visit the grandparents about a thousand miles from home they always ask repeatedly if we can stop and get donuts, by which they mean can Dad get up early and go get donuts so that when they finally wake up at 11:00 in the morning they can eat them. If I understand correctly the original owner has passed within the last year or so and I will say the inside of the store seems to reflect a little bit of a loss of something. There used to be all sorts of bric-a-brack and knick knacks on the wall that they would sell including lots of Hot Wheels cars that I always thought were kind of charming, I don't really care that those things are gone necessarily however i'm a little sad that they got rid of their promotion. Again we st
