Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza

This is my first time coming here and I decided to stop in and get some lunch. The young man that was behind the counter was very professional friendly and attentive. However there was a couple things that I think could be improved going forward.1) if you buy something that comes with a drink you should have the straws there as well. 2) I paid over $20 for three pieces of fish and a small amount of fries. The kid told me that the fries were really good upon inspecting the food and trying it it was average.3) if someone buys a food dinner from you, you should not charge them $ 1.00 for one ranch . It's a professional courtesy as well as when someone buys a dinner that you should get a complimentary sauce to go with it. Not just tartar sauce. I think the kid that ran the counter did a great

I don't eat large portions but every time I get gas I love to grab a slice!!! But the garlic knots are amazing, I love how when you order even a freshly made pie in the window, they still take a few minutes to throw it back in the pizza oven for a couple minutes to freshen it up! Gas station staff are wonderful and $20 propane tank exchange has came in very fast and helpful this winter as well! Rates can be cheaper but getting to those locations cause the same in time and Petro to get it all at the same place. This place is a gem because of how close to home it is.

I absolutely love eating here. Every time I make the drive anywhere near Detroit I make a stop at 11/11. The service is always excellent, and the food is always even better. Stopped in on Valentine’s Day today and they offered my fiancé and I a slice of cake on the house, saying it was for every couple that came in today. Love going here:)

Why did yall have to get rid of the hot honey chicken sandwich!!!!!???? It was my favorite thing and now I have to buy sauce on the side? That's silly. That is my only complaint. Aside from that the woman at the counter was delightful, super nice, and helpful. No issue with the the service at all... BUT PLEASE BRING BACK THE HOT HONEY CHICKEN SANDWICH!! I would day dream about it at work and now it's gone. 😔

Listen. I have been to several Saroki's and this location is hands down the best one I have ever been to. The food is cooked perfectly. The fish is always good, I sometimes think it's expensive but it is delicious never let's me down. Pizza crispy and has just enough flavor. Every time I am on this side of town with my daughter we stop in. Had to gice a review because I've been going at least 3x per month for about a year, never been disappointed. Never a bad customer service from ANYONE in the whole place including the store attendants. Great job. Too much we see all the negative reviews kudos to you guys!
