The guys were very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious! We drove about an hour to get here. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point! It reminded me of being in New Orleans. Portions for the sides were pretty decent. We were able to split everything between 3 people. Everything is made to order. 10/10 I will have to try the Burbon pecan pie next time! We tried a bunch of things: Red Beans and Rice 5/5 Gumbo 5/5 Jambalaya 5/5 Etoufee 5/5

I am a hard sell as my husband would say if I say its better than okay it must be good. The chicken is SO freakin moist and flavorful im not to big on chicken, to me its always dry and bland so amazing job there! Red beans and rice are very similar to places in New Orleans! Catfish is awesome. Husband picked it up they made it all fresh in front of him. With fried items they have a cool trick to place it on a piece of bread so it doesnt get soggy in the box works great everything was super crispy. Pics are chicken & Red Beans & Rice. First time trying today we will be back for sure!

This place is THE SPOT. Writing this review as a cajun/creole food lover, and someone who has been regularly dissapointed by some of the "genuine" places in NOLA, this is a place that gets it right. The shrimp po'boy was stuffed, and I mean STUFFED with shrimp, with plenty of fixins, on great bread. These shrimp are big, juicy, perfectly tender, and most important of all SEASONED. The gumbo mixes it up, in the best way. You've got pretty traditional creole gumbo ingredients, but THE ROUX. This is a dark, cajun roux like only the real ones know. Earthy, herbal, and kicking you in the teeth. And like the po'boy they don't skimp on you. Absolutely filled up with delicious sausage and seafood. But let me tell you what you're really here for, and that's this etoufee. Listen...I'm sorry I tho

First time here. Let's start with the bad. The bad is this is my first time and they have been here almost 2 years. Today we tried the red beans and rice. Fire. Also tried the chicken jambalaya. Fire. The catfish. Fire. The fried chicken. Fire. But i have to stay honest. I do not like there hot sauce packets. But hay. They dont make those. But if they did. Fire. I will be back to try more items and will update. The owners were there and are some super cool people. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Ever since I visited Nawlins (pre-Katrina), I've absolutely loved Creole & Cajun food. Not nearly enough places to find it in the area, in my not very humble opinion. So when this popped up on my map, I beelined to it. Such a good idea! The digs are rather spartan, only a few tables. The mural on the wall is extremely well-done. Everything on the menu (except the sweet potato pie 🤢) is screaming "Order me!" I finally decided on a 12 ounce order of Chicken & Andoullie Sausage Gumbo & a side of Red Beans & Rice. C'est magnifique! Their business is predominantly take-out so everything is served in styrofoam. Environmentally horrid but great to keep take-out warm. The food is phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned, hot throughout my meal, I would have gladly eaten myself into a food coma with either
